VLM For Order Fulfillment & Parts Storage
The most universal of all parts-to-picker machines, the Modula Vertical Lift Modules are suitable for both order fulfillment and parts storage device applications. These machines are typically used to store small parts and cartons, however, can handle products up to 160” long x 32” deep x 27” high. The product height on trays is measured by photo eyes to maximize the storage cube.
This machine functions much like an elevator where trays are stored on bolt-on rail panels in the front and rear of the machine. The exact machine for your specification will be sized by cube of products to be stored within the machine, requiring a Volumetrics Study.
